Before I started with Unstoppable personal training I was overweight and feeling tired all the time, especially after my pregnancy I was piling on weight that I knew I shouldn’t have so I contacted Grant.

I woke up one morning and realised that I no longer felt comfortable in my own skin; I hated the way I looked and I dreaded the thought of looking even worse as time progressed. What if I Haven’t Worked Out in a While and am Not Very Physically Fit?

What Goes on During The Workouts?
The actual training itself only goes for about 30-35 minutes but all up we usually take 45 minutes due to the warm up and cool down. Even though the training is with other people you will have an individualized program that caters to your needs. Our workouts are based minimizing body fat and toning lean muscle. To achieve these goals as fast as possible we combine old school methods with the latest research to create highly effective, short, fun workouts.
Most of the equipment used in our private personal training studio will not be found in public gyms. We use kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, trx straps, ropes, medicine balls, chains and many other training tools.

Will I Get Enough Individual Attention In The Semi-Private Training Sessions?

The other thing is it’s actually very boring, the trainer usually just stands there with a clip board and count reps.
